Milaina Manganaro, MSW, RSW (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker and private practice owner. She is a self-identified Autistic woman with ADHD and utilizes this lived experience to work with other high-masking and/or late-diagnosed Autistics and ADHDers towards a deeper understanding of the self and towards living their most authentic, joyful, and fulfilling life. Milaina is queer-identified and a queer- and trans-affirming mental health clinician who works best with youth, young adults under 30, and adults over 30.
